Gentle movement and stretching, at home
Stiffness, tension, and limited range of motion make everything harder. Our gentle, chair- and bed-adaptable yoga and hands-on assisted stretching bring ease back to the body — in the comfort of home.
Same-day answer · Serving Fresno · Clovis · Madera
GrassROOTS built its reputation on gentle, accessible yoga for seniors and people with limited mobility. GrassROOTS Mobility brings that same expertise into the home — one-on-one, adapted to whatever the body can do that day, whether that's on a mat, in a chair, or in bed.
Assisted stretching adds a skilled pair of hands: we guide the joints and muscles through a fuller, safer range of motion than most people can reach on their own, easing stiffness and leaving the body looser and calmer.
How We Help
What we do
Chair & bed-adaptable yoga
Every pose meets the person where they are — no floor, no strain, no experience required.
Hands-on assisted stretching
Skilled, gentle guidance through a safe range of motion to release tight muscles and stiff joints.
Breath & relaxation
Calming breathwork that eases tension, supports sleep, and settles the nervous system.
Better range of motion
Looser hips, shoulders, and spine make daily movement — dressing, reaching, walking — easier.
